Standing Garland

Standing garlands are freestanding, organic-style balloons that can be moved anywhere after delivery and set up! These are the perfect solution if you cannot adhere anything to walls or need to be able to move your garland easily. This is only made up of 5", 11", and 17" with no 36" latex balloons.
